I am with you, I think I am going to call my lawyer and have them draft up a letter to remove my account and all of the posts, from that account. Prolly cost a couple hundred to do, but at this point it seems like money well spent.

Does anyone have the TOS from the original HMT? For posts made during the time that TOS was active would the new TOS have any bearing?

From reading the TOS it looks like he claims that all stuff posted is copyrighted etc by him. But if it was posted under the prior TOS does thta have any weight?

It was generic SMF TOS, same as this forum. You agree not to harrass, etc, but no mention of ceding copyrights. Further, ex-HMT had no mention of any posts being copyright at the time he fired off his C&D under the fake name.
