All tuning, fabrication, building, beer drinking, etc...  was done by ME.

Since you're opening up the bearing oil hole how did you deburr it without damaging the bearing surface?

very careful strokes with the needle file.  I filed away from the bearing side.  On a microscopic level I'm sure there is still some bur left, hopefully there wont be an issue.  I tried using a counter sink, but it left a burr I could feel.  I think that a countersink deburring tool would have been better.

I could fab a pipe that has 3 90 deg bends in it.  One 90 wont cut it.
