I am going to guess opiates.  Hopefully it was a big doze of the fentanyl laden stuff, and he blissed out without suffering.

I found a dead kid Sunday.  Not sure if he OD'd, or nodded off and froze.  He'd been missing three days, and it hadn't gotten above 20* F.  That's the sort of shit that haunts you.

I am weary of death and of addiction.

Damn. Shit is bad around here. Lost a couple local guys over the holidays, no one close. Crazy how the one had multiple years clean and was a very positive person and good influence in multiple people's lives.

Doesn't have to be real strong laced shit to be peaceful.
