I would just get spacer plates for your intake manifold and run a big block intake manifold and run it na. and that way you won't need some special intake manifold for the 496 tall deck.

I have the spacers already on the blower mani. As stated no money. $1500 for manifold tb injectors tors and fuel rails

Well no help and alot of no fuck given I rebuilt the blower using the good old Dremel to clearance case to rotor. Back together now fucker fires revs to the sky and dies piece of shit

In need of a bigstuff3 tuner. I dont quite understand this. for use with crank trigger and mssd 7al2 box dizzy just to distibute spark.

â€¢ Find TDC, cylinder number one (1), compression stroke. See Find_TDC on page 20.
â€¢ Roll the engine back to 50o
BTDC.
â€¢ Install the crank trigger making sure the arrows on the crank trigger wheel are going on the
correct direction! See Crank_Trigger_Considerations on page 21.
â€¢ Line up the crank trigger sensor with the magnet in the wheel. Connect the red BigStuff3 wire
to green crank trigger wire. Connect other crank trigger wire to BigStuff3 black wire.
â€¢ Roll the engine back to the position BTDC (cylinder 1) equal to the max power timing.

â€¢ Install the distributor then â€œbumpâ€ the starter until it engages the oil pump drive while applying
a light downward pressure. Once the oil pump drive is engaged, rotate the engine back to the
timing mark on the dampener that will represent the maximum timing the engine will see at full
power. Turn the base of the distributor so that the distributor cap terminal for cylinder number
1 is aligned with the rotor in this position. Tighten the distributor down.
â€¢ Connect the BigStuff3 points wire (white) to the MSD ignition box points input.
â€¢ In the BigComm Software (Operating Configuration), set the crank reference setting to 50. See
Setting_The_Crank_Reference on page 25.
â€¢ Start the engine, with the engine still running verify that the BigStuff3 â€œDashâ€ timing advance
value equals the timing value seen (with a timing light) at the crank. Change the crank
reference value in the Crank Trigger window (in the Operating Configuration table), up or
down, until the â€œDashâ€ value and the crank value are the same. See Dash_Window on page 29.
â€¢ Dynamically check the rotor phase. See Dynamically_Checking_Rotor_Phasing on page 30.
â€¢ Lastly, you will want to verify cam synchronization. See Verifying_Synchronization on page

Found one problem need better battery. If voltage drops below 12 bs3 shuts off during cranking this fucker drops to 10-11 volts

Little no no help update.

So got the battery figured out. I can get it to start and run but only for a few seconds. I smell a ton of fuel I blip the throttle it dies. I have my plug gap at .025. Is that to tight for this engine. Think it only pushes 10psi.

Ignition is 7al2 Mallory coil and unilite dizzy.

What's your wideband say? Get the wb warmed up and then start the car and see what's up. I know this sounds dumb but do you have your firing order correct? What do you have your mechanical timing set to? Does when it does are you loosing spark? You can get one of thoes spark plug lights that mounts inline with you plug wire. Have someone else crank it over as your watching that.

Won't run long enough for wb to read. Firing correct. Just wondering if gaped down that far I might not be able to burn all the fuel and that's my problem. I dunno fucking thing is driving me bat shit crazy

I bet it has something to do with your start up enrichment or your start up ignition values. Try turning off your iat and your water temp corrections and see if that helps on start up.

mechanical timing is set at 15* trigger at 50* anything else ya wanna know just ask

Messed with it some more today. Pulled ton of fuel out of it and now it a little harder to start but when it does. 2-3 second run then back fire. The ve table started at 66 I have taken it to 16 still enough fuel to burn my eyes
