Yeah it's registered and insured.
Guy I just met manages a local shop so he told me stop by with my paperwork
I did and he filled out a 'legit' inspection sticker.

I don't even have brake lights let alone turn signals or both headlights.

Man I kinda feel bad for you east coast guys. Do me to get tabs I just go online and enter in my license plate number and pay my $42 and they mail me new tabs and registration. No emissions, no inspections, and every 5 years they make you get new plates and it's a extra $20 or $25.

Same in Wyoming, except we have to show proof of insurance.

Never been to Island but wouldn't mind taking a road trip sometime, finally got my sketchy ass dolly to a point I don't think im going to kill anyone.

I think its $36/year to keep the plate, around $25 a year for safety inspection (sticker on the windshield)
I got it as a fuck you cause it's obviously in violation.

Ran a 10.5 last night filling the car up with smoke.
Turned out the dipstick was either left out or blew out and oiled the turbo.
Emptied the catch can and everything seemed fine after that.

Couple vids from last week when I ran the 10.7
I didn't ride the limiter as much in 1st last night and things are improving.

Trying to think of something really cheap to do to the suspension before next weekend.
Thinking limiting straps up front, any ideas for the rear?

Friend threw a sticker on the back because my response when asked why I won't spend money on making it look good or x part is I'm a broke dick.

What about spring supports? They used them when u have a coil spring that's week. Your local auto parts store should have them. Slam a few of those in the rear springs to stiffen up the rear.

I still need to dig out the rhmt stickers from somewhere in my garage. For never running stickers this damn thing is going to be covered soon

Thanks guys. This thing is a blast. Its still the stock sleeve block and only on 16 psi. It's been taking some abuse while I learn wtf I'm doing.

Was thinking that or some steel cable. have to see what I have lying around in the garage or at work.
I know steel cable and the crush sleeves are cheap at Lowes and I have the large crimpers at work if I can't find seatbelts from any parted cars.

took it for a sunday drive.
welded #2 rod bearing
wiped out my cams and rockers
i'm sure there will be more damage once I decide to dig in further.

I have a spare crank and a spare set of rods.
Depending how much else there is it so far it's going to cost me cams and bearings.

Anyone ever run pistons after they've smacked the head from a spun bearing?

Swung by the machine shop.
He said if it was his engine he'd polish the cams and pistons and rock them.
Bought a complete ls valve cover to alternator for $70 so I'll call that crank free once I part it out.
Still have these scat rods I've had forever.
Going to buy some wrist pins from Tom and some new bearings and be back in business with Shit I've had lying around. Even more ghetto than the last engine.

Left everything sit for months with e85 and the injectors still worked. Have to have them flowed to confirm but looks like I lucked out and nothing rusted like the horror stories you hear.

Not the right time of year but I needed an escape from life.
