Well, this is partially true, but not true. what happened is that First gear broke. Nobody told PPG that there is a gear reduction when they built the setup. However Frank at DSS put them in touch with another local Gear company that set them up with something real close. If they dial the car in, it should definitely do 8's.

No doubt, usually he's on and off the throttle the length of the track.  The vid was before they fixed the track up too, back when it was "a rutted out pig-path"
