Damn that WG opens right away, guessing boost hits like nAOW.

Porn could be better, but a self-built setup is rare now a days and appreciated. Let me be the first to wish you a merry x-mas and a happy FUCK YOU. :)

Well it done blowed up. I guess running 13pounds and 23 degrees of timing wasn't such a smart idea after all...

Awesome what next?   :noel:

Another turbo motar. Rode in a friends na b20/vtec ed hatch and I was dissapointed. So unless I'm building a na h22 beast, which I do not have the monies for, I don't think I'm going back to na...

Put another d15 in usually free engines

That one was free lol and the one before this previous one was $75.
I have two sets of vitara pistons, 2 d15b1 blocks, a d16z6 block, a dohc zc block, two dohc zc heads, some ching chong d16 rods, a z6 head, a good non vtak head and two good d15 cranks. If I can find a virgin d16 crank I'm going dohc zc with vitaras. Right meow it might just be easy and cheaper to build another d15.

So since everyone in this forsaken shit hole I live in treats d15/d16's like gold I decided to do a f2d build without cutting into my cars body. Everyone on the interwebs says its impossible.... fuck them I'm a magician.
Since I work at a stealership and people can't take care of there cars I stumbled upon a 99 accord f23a1 with a fucked up head that needed valves. Bought the core motor for $100 put new rod bearings in it, a poor mans balance shaft delete and threw the head away.

Poor mans b/s delete

Got a f22a6 head ($50) a month later that needed a clean up badly. That got done and "ported" the manifold

Got my taxes back and decided to throw my monies at Faggotmoto. Also got the hasport drivers side mount...biggest $150 I regret spending :<

Flywheel is stupid light imho

Tried cleaning up my harness

Hammered the shit out of the drivers framerail pretty good clearences  :noel:

Cut the block...Fuck this noise

Soon...

I'm guessing you shaved the 3rd step off the f23 pulley?

In case you didn't know, the H22/H23 upper plenum bolts onto the f22a6 manifold. More plenum volume & throttle body options.

BTW Wanna sell the F23 intake manifold?

K24 pulley. I used a hacksaw to cut where the timing cover seal rides on. I'm a idiot and didn't tighten the crank bolt tight enough so the id wallowed out.

So I bought another one and instead of hacking it up I took it to a machine shop to have it machined down. I made another mistake and misjudged the amount I needed them to machine off so I had to cut some of the pulley off myself. On the brake lathe she goes.

Finished product

Why the k24 crank pulley?

Space, price and availability. I tried using a kias, Nissan, various Honda/Acuras and some domestic shit. J-series fit but are too pricey and are huge. F/H-series stick out too much. K-series pulley is $45 for me, I can get them over nighted for free ninety nine, and they require the least amount of work to get them to fit.

Pulley differences. k24 far left modified f22a6 middle and broken jseries far right.

Plans have changed. I was going to run an gm-5 turdblow from a 90's era duramax but I just picked up a dsm manifold, o2 housing, feed/drain line and a ported evo 3 big 16g with no shaft play for $300

I haven't decided yet. I've had the hot side milled down to block off the internal gate.

Question on the homemade balance shaft eliminator kit. Did you block the oil ports for the balance shafts?

Yes, I blocked the oil passages to the balance shafts using solid dowels. Don't try turning the bearings...its next to impossible.
