I actually built the manifold for my old integra, vids here:

Stage 2 Srt 4 vs. Acura Integra Ls Turbo pt2 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0VOn3gYSMX8&feature=related#lq-hq)

I sold the teg, and didnt feel like making a new manifold, so I slotted the holes and slapped it on the Dirty Sohc lol.

how much work was it to get that manifold to fit and how well does everything line up?

About an hour's worth of work with a small carbide bit and die grinder.  VERY close actually.  The 2nd and 3rd cylinders need a bit of grinding but slotting the holes is the big part. Get a gasket for whatever engine you want to put it on and you'll see.
