stock a6 block with y8 head ( i did the swap on this car 3+years ago)

Vtak is activated thru a relay and off of the shift light for in the cabin adjustability

ACT full face disc with HD pressure plate.

Sunroof still works, clean interior. Even the rear cargo cover isnt even broken.

BADS-----

Paint is faded, pass door has hella dings, front crank seal is starting to leak.

This setup will consist of the same motor, trans, and clutch

CDM cast manifold
CDM wastegate
CDM 2.5 outlet GAY DEE EMM interfooler. tube and fin
FIC 850CC injectors
walbro 255
b&m fpr
Real Fucking Loud BOV
2"hot side, 2.5 Cold side ic piping
Big Holset h1c 18cm2 housing
PBT 74mm TB, Spacer, ported z6 intake manifold
Stevemode oil lines
my Tuner Toys water port adaptor, map adaptor, vacuum manifold. (limited edition shit)
will be converted to OBD1 after I smog and before I boost it.

This setup will not have my up-pipes with it. Have to make it look somewhat streetable. Going for 220 to the wheels with this setup. When it does blow, I will be going with a stock b20 and high boost.

btw, I ended up getting a minty HY35 that I might use instead of that small h1c (I think it really is the HX30). hopefully i'll show it off in a few days :)

the smaller holset uses i used a 12x1.5 metric adaptor to 1/8npt and used a 1/8 npt to -3 adaptor

this one had a metric 16x1.5 inlet fitting which the local speed shop obviously didnt have. i did some real ghetto shit here but you cant see it. lol

well i run a -3 from the back of the block,

the line that i got with the turbo looked like a -4 so i was going to run a reducer from -4 to -3. i cut the fuckin line and its -6.

i was pretty pissed off already..

put a -6 hose end on, ran a -6 to -4 adaptor, a female to female coupler and then a -4 to -3 adaptor. looks ghetto, good thing you cant see it.

but yeah. spool on this is kinda shitty. i need to engage vtak a little sooner than 5.5k. i see about 8psi at 6500 and i see 12 at 7200. kinda sucks. i will lower vtak and see how it goes. thing rips though. hopefully i will be tuned in a week or so. fucking 18cm2 housings.

Some nog with an old 80's I6 made one, although his rhmt thread is fairly old now. I think it was fabed right into his turbine housing. It definately works. You should be able to pick up at least 1000 rpm in spool time.

Check all the pins on the jumper, the check the pins on your ecu. Im sure the jumper was prob made in china!

You also can score free stuff people return. I have gotten 2 green houses and a pretty nice jack in the last couple months. I also like to take their pallets too.

I haven't checked in on your build in a minute, but I am running exact ebay muffler. And I did satin black it. The paint seems to be holding well, I just hit it with some 220 lightly, and put about 10 light coats on it. I'll snap a pic tomorrow in the daylight and show you how it looks black.
